All services are exterior-only unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability, location, and weather conditions. Exterior window cleaning is weather-dependent, and appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, wind, or other unsafe conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes and reschedule promptly.
Pricing is based on factors such as property size, window accessibility, and scope of work. Estimates or quotes will be provided before service begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in advance. Accepted payment methods may include electronic payment, credit or debit card, or other approved methods.
To allow services to be completed safely and efficiently, you agree to provide clear exterior access to all windows and glass surfaces scheduled for cleaning. You are responsible for informing us of any known hazards, fragile features, or access limitations. Pets and children must be kept away from the work area during service.
If access is restricted or conditions prevent completion of the scheduled service, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment or adjust pricing accordingly.
Dunbar Window Cleaning takes reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions such as worn seals, failing window frames, loose glass, or prior structural issues. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
